Hand me that Stanley house framing hammer would ya? No ... not that one, the really BIG one.

Steve has a lot of experience and recently joined our team under the titles Associate Producer and Production Design. In the past he's worked on set construction for "Do Not Disturb", "End of the Road", "The House That Wept Blood", "The Sorrow" and "TK421-Why Aren't You At Your Post?" (a Lucas fan film award competition entry which was shown at Celebration IV).

Hello! My name is Steve Meyers and I am an Associate Producer and the Production Designer for E Tenebris Entertainment. I will be working on, ETE’s first production:

“A Tale of Two Sillies”!

My family moved from Ohio to Ft Lauderdale Florida when I was 13 (smart move) and there I went to high school and attended tech school there trying to make good grades and saving every penny for spring break!

After Tech School I joined the Air Force and was stationed at Kadena Air Force base in Okinawa, Japan where I worked on the ICS system for the F-15. Being stationed in Okinawa allowed me to travel to Korea and the Phillippines as well as numerous locations in Japan.

Following my Air Force service, I returned to Florida and had a diverse career in electronics working as a Design Engineer for an antenna company, repairing IBM computer systems, and working on Neilsen TV media devices.

After getting married, We decided to move to Colorado in 1990 (another smart move) and have enjoyed living here ever since. Over the past twenty years, I have had a successful construction business here in Denver. In 2010, I decided to go to Colorado Film School to get an education that would allow me to pursue a passion for filmmaking. Since then I have been very fortunate to work with great people on a number of short films and three feature films. On those projects, I worked as an actor, set decorator, construction foreman, prop maker, Producer, Production Designer, as well as filling other roles. All of these projects were well worth the time as they allowed me to gain experience in the film industry!

My best skills are organizing for pre-production and the creation of props, set design, and construction. I’ve built a wide variety of items, ranging from a rubber pencil to a twenty foot tower. I really enjoy the unique challenges that every project brings.

I recently worked as a Producer and Production Designer for a feature film called “The House That Wept Blood”, I am in the process of writing two screenplays and a TV series, which we hope to sell this year.

I am so excited about this project and am looking forward to working with Brandon and all of the great people he has tapped for this project. For me, Film is a constant learning process that allows you to bring imagination to life! I know we will all bring the best of our unique talents to this project to make this film one of the best ever!

All my best,
Steve

ed. note: This was absolutely the least "stoic" picture of Steve we could find anywhere, and we looked dammit. We were trying our best to downplay the chiseled physique, rugged "outdoorsy" posture and Colorado smile that says, "Movie? What movie? Come on guys, I thought we were going rock climbing?"
